Preschool prep

Our fun and age appropriate classes are bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and activities that will teach your little one to create his or her own special healthy snacks. Each class has a sepcial theme to engage your little one and is 45 to 60 minutes long.

Ages 3 to 5

Ages 3 to 5

Elementary Line Prep

Is your little one ready to help out more in the kitchen?  This basic food prep course teaches the importance of healthy meals and lays a foundation for nutrition and vegan cooking for years to come.  This no knives/no fire course lays the foundation for young chefs with kitchen safety and preparedness, proper food handling, hygine, cross-contamination, measuring and proper food storage.  Students will also learn to properly "fuel" their bodies on a vegan diet and make simple foods that will make them feel great!

Ages 5 to 8

Cooking Afterschool

Expanding on the skills and information offered in the Elementary Line Prep course, older students will also learn knife and fire safety as they begin to cook up their own meals.  Students will learn to make basic vegan staples like plant based milk, cheeses and other "dairy" type products.  Students will also learn how the foods they eat interact with the body and how to substitute whole, plant based foods into recipes they already love.

Ages 8 to 14

Junior Chef Program

For teens who love to cook, this program gives our junior chef's the opportunity to hone their skills.  Planned around unique monthly theme, each class is an entirely new experience that incorporates culinary skills that build upon each other to progress over time into more complex food preparation and presentation.  At the end of this year long program our exceptional students will have an opportunity to intern with one of our restaurant partners.
